Your first visit

If it's your first time visiting our clinic, we'd like you to complete a New Patient Medical and Dental History form. This helps us tailor your care according to past medical conditions and dental procedures you've already had, as well as medications you're taking that could influence your dental outcomes.

What happens at your appointment?

When you come in for your regular check-up, we'll perform a complete oral health assessment to check that your teeth, gums and mouth are healthy. This may involve the use of x-rays to give our dentists a closer look.

If we do find any problems, we'll discuss our findings with you and explain all the dental treatments we offer to improve your oral health. We can also talk about cosmetic treatments if you're thinking about making changes to your smile.

Dental emergencies

A dental emergency can happen at any time, even if you take the best care of your teeth. If any of your teeth have been damaged or knocked out, a filling has come loose, your mouth is bleeding or swelling or you have any other unusual symptoms, call us right away on (07) 4671 1806.

We have a dentist on call after-hours who can provide urgent advice and assistance if your dental emergency happens outside of normal business hours.

Payment plans

We believe quality dental care should be available to everyone. That's why we offer a range of payment options to help make your treatments more affordable.

We accept cash, credit cards, cheques and EFTPOS payments and we're a Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) registered provider.

We can also help you to claim your dental treatments on your insurance. We accept Health Industry Claims and Payments (HICAPS) and are a preferred provider for Bupa, HBA, HCF and Australian Unity.

Treating anxious patients

If you feel nervous about visiting the dentist, this could lead to you delaying or missing your appointments and putting your oral health at risk. We understand that some people have dental anxiety, which is why we offer sleep dentistry options to help you feel calm and relaxed while getting the important dental care you need.

To book a preventive care appointment for you or your family, call our dentists in Goondiwindi today on (07) 4671 1806 or make an appointment online.
